Founded in the summer of 2022, Tea by Yuan is a transnational collective born from a shared obsession. We are a family of "tea heads" native to Chengdu, China, with our roots split between the tea mountains of the East and the urban landscapes of Germany. Having spent years traversing China’s major terroirs, sitting at the tables of generational farmers, master roasters, and ceramic artisans, we realized that tea is not just a commodity. It is a living, breathing ecosystem of philosophy, poetry, meditation, and craft.

We exist to bridge independent, small-batch production with a contemporary global crowd, introducing an unapologetically artistic and modernized tea ritual to Europe.
