Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our studio. As a small team handling delicate tea utensils and custom artwork, we maintain clear standards to keep our operations sustainable while fully respecting EU consumer protection laws.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a return within 14 days from the date the tracking status shows your package was delivered. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team via email to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to us.
2. Strict Exceptions & Final Sale Items
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, the following items are strictly exempt from the right of return or refund:

Perishable & Hygienic Goods (Tea Leaves): For health, safety, and hygiene protection, all tea leaves, herbs, and consumables are final sale. We cannot accept returns on these items if the outer safety seal has been broken or altered.

Customized Products: Custom-made artwork, personalized prints, custom-sized posters, or photographs commissioned to your individual specifications are created uniquely for you and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
3. Condition of Goods & Diminished Value
For returnable objects (such as standard, non-customized teaware and accessories), items must be returned unused, clean, and packed safely inside their original, undamaged retail packaging.
Please Note: In accordance with EU consumer regulations, you are legally responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If an item or its branded packaging arrives at our warehouse scratched, stained, or visibly used, we reserve the right to deduct the loss of retail value directly from your final refund.
4. Return Shipping, Risk, and Lost Packages

Cost: Return shipping is entirely at the customer’s own expense.

Risk Mitigation: The customer retains legal liability for the safe transit of the item until it reaches us. We highly recommend utilizing a fully tracked, insured shipping service.

Lost Shipments: We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered by your shipping provider. A refund cannot be processed if the physical object does not arrive at our Berlin warehouse, or if you cannot provide legally binding tracking proof showing successful delivery to our specific facility address.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is physically delivered to our Berlin warehouse and undergoes our mandatory quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
