Shipping policy

1. Dispatch & Processing Times

Under standard operations, all non-customized orders (such as teaware or in-stock objects) are processed and prepared for shipping within 2 to 3 business days.

Important Holiday Notice: As a small, independently run studio, there are select periods throughout the year when we take short operational breaks. During these times, fulfillment will be temporarily paused. We will always post the exact upcoming holiday dates and delayed shipping schedules clearly at the very buttom of our website. By placing an order during a posted holiday period, you acknowledge and agree that your package will be shipped immediately upon our return.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We ship all packages out of our Berlin facility using DHL or DPD.

• Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

• Standard transit times within Germany typically take 2–4 business days. International shipping times will vary based on your destination country.

3. Custom Artworks & Photography Prints

Please note that custom-made art pieces, tailored posters, or custom photographs require a dedicated production window. These items are printed or created to order and generally require 7-14 business days of custom preparation before they can be handed over to DHL or DPD.
